PATH 01 · ORGANIZATION-DEFINED

Native
Dividends.

A concept for making approved dividend and distribution information easier to understand, with the authorizing Tribal nation, Alaska Native corporation, or other Native organization clearly identified.

A POSSIBLE FRAMEWORK

Information people can follow.

01

Authorizing entity named

Every concept would label the responsible Tribal nation, Alaska Native corporation, or other Native organization. These entity types are not interchangeable.

02

Its own rules

Dates, rules, amounts, records, and status would come only from the entity responsible for that specific program.

03

Transparent notice

People could see what a notice means, which source records control, and where to ask the authorizing entity a question.

WHO DECIDES

The organization keeps authority.

Each Tribal nation determines its own citizenship or membership. Each Alaska Native corporation administers its own shareholder and corporate records. Tribal citizenship can exist alongside U.S. citizenship; corporation shareholder status is a separate relationship and must not be treated as Tribal citizenship.

The authorizing entity sets and administers the rules for its specific program. Alaska Native Smart would create no cross-nation rule, platform-wide eligibility standard, or decision about citizenship, membership, shareholder status, eligibility, declaration, or distribution. Any future participation would remain voluntary.

Concept boundary

Native Dividends is an early concept. Alaska Native Smart is not affiliated with any Alaska Native corporation, Tribal nation, community, or other Native organization. It is not a financial service and does not determine citizenship, membership, shareholder status, or eligibility or create or promise any entitlement, dividend, distribution, investment, return, profit, or payment.
